I'm glad you stopped by! I'm here to guide you from your Vision to Action. Together we are going to define your best self and create a clear pathway to success based on building small habits over time.

My name is Shawn

With over 25 years of professional experience, I have a wide range of skills and knowledge to bring to the table. I do what I say I'm going to do. I'm accountable. I'm disciplined. I'm confident. I take risks. I'm curious and I see the strength and potential in people.

In addition to two Masters Degrees (Social Work and Public Administration), my experience includes negotiating over 150 NFL marketing deals, representing the voices of the homeless and less fortunate, serving as a manager for adult felons and instructing hot yoga and strength classes.

What do all of these experiences have in common? I meet people where they are at and help them find solutions based on their strengths. Whether it's guiding a yoga class full of 45 students, coaching one-on-one sessions or conducting mediation, my goal is always to motivate and encourage others to find their strength. I want to empower others and help them live their best lives.

I live by what I preach. I wake up before I need to get up. I have a 5am wake up call (no snooze ever, ever, ever) and the first thing I do is step outside and offer my gratitudes to the Universe. I write in my gratitude journal including setting my intention for the day, followed by 10 pages of non fiction reading and then I start my work. After 60 minutes of focused work I'm off to my meditative 45 minute walk no matter the weather (Hi I live in Wisconsin).

In my spare time, I enjoy Olympic weightlifting, spending time with my family and French bull dog, reading, getting dirty in my flower garden and doing puzzles.

Who am I? Out walking at 6 in the morning? A lot has changed over the past 3 months with my headspace. I have a handful of new DAILY routines: ~ daily gratitudes ~ skipping the snooze button - not watching the news ~ DAILY workouts ~ doing something that brings me joy everyday ~ refocus on nutrition ~ doubling my water intake ~ significantly reducing alcohol. After the Mocktails and Mindset I found myself eliminating excuses and taking action on my PMP Exam that I talked about during the session. I stayed committed and really focused on hitting my goals to prepare for the exam, even with a more time-constrained study timeline. At first I was hesitant to start working with Shawn, not really sure what would be different than all the things I’ve tried in the past. I was really overwhelmed with where my life was at and needed to find a way to start moving forward and accomplish my goals.
