Yoga Sessions & Strength Coaching
I am available for personal and group classes from traditional yoga sessions to high intensity fitness classes and anything in between.
I started teaching fitness classes when I was in college wearing leotards, scrunchy socks and any neon color available.
Since that time, I received my E-RYT 200 yoga hours and currently enrolled in my 300 hour program. I am qualified to teach all varieties of yoga (meditation, yin, flow, power flow, slow flow, & the 26 pose series).
I also am ACE certified, a strength & conditioning coach and an Olympic Weightlifting coach. I can create personal and group training programs.
In my personal life I have completed a number of races from 5 K's, half marathons up to a full marathon. I've competed in mountain bike races and completed a sprint triathlon. My competition continued into masters level Olympic weightlifting and I even attended a week long training camp at the USA Olympic Training Facility in Colorado Springs.
In my current life I practice yoga regularly and focus on Olympic weightlifting. I've also completed the 75 Hard Full Year Challenge.
