Vision to Action
In my Vision to Action Intention programs, I’m here to guide you to do just that. Through simple “working” sessions we define your best self and create a clear pathway to success. The program is built on the principles of discipline and habit-building. Whether you are struggling to find your calling, get a degree, switch jobs, run a marathon, hike the Appalachian Trail or become a trending podcaster, I can help you identify your purpose, take the proper action steps and arrive at your goal.
How It Works
Through my Vision to Action Intention program, we will clear up the clutter and clean up your physical, mental, and spiritual life. We will establish clear intentions with workable steps and an accountability program to ensure you are reaching your goal.
For each day, week, month you will have a list of specific tasks. These may include journaling, getting your heart rate up or potentially cleaning out a closet (YES I said cleaning out a closet!).
We will have weekly check in meetings and pivot or redirect when needed - high-fivin’ along the way!
