Who am I? Out walking at 6 in the morning? A lot has changed over the past 3 months with my headspace. I have a handful of new DAILY routines: ~ daily gratitudes ~ skipping the snooze button - not watching the news ~ DAILY workouts ~ doing something that brings me joy everyday ~ refocus on nutrition ~ doubling my water intake ~ significantly reducing alcohol. After the Mocktails and Mindset I found myself eliminating excuses and taking action on my PMP Exam that I talked about during the session. I stayed committed and really focused on hitting my goals to prepare for the exam, even with a more time-constrained study timeline. I am so glad that I went to Mocktails and Mindset and learned a lot! The frog is still sitting on my work desk ready for me every morning. At first I was hesitant to start working with Shawn, not really sure what would be different than all the things I’ve tried in the past. I was really overwhelmed with where my life was at and needed to find a way to start moving forward and accomplish my goals.
