Challenges

I'm a big fan of challenges. I don't know if it's the discipline aspect, rising up to the circumstance, having a goal or all three components that excite me but I love challenges! Here are three challenges I highly recommend and also can coach you through them.

75 Hard: I've completed every phase of this challenge. It is a lifestyle and it challenges you to become a master of your time with zero excuses.

12 Hour Walk: I've completed this challenge two times and I offer a free Facebook group to "train" for this event. It is not necessarily a physical challenge as much as it is a mental challenge.

30 Day Minimalism Challenge: About twice a year I run this purging challenge via a free Facebook page. We have so much fun! Overwhelmingly participants have been amazed at how much "stuff" they accumulate over time.
